Campers will experience the thrill and the fun of life on two wheels. Students will spend the morning practicing skills, training for all sorts of riding on a variety of terrain (gravel, dirt, grass and road). We will explore local trails and cultivate a love for cycling. Riders will be grouped by skill level. The activities for each group are customized so that they have fun as their comfort and skills grow!
Denver has great bike trails that can take the kids on wonderful adventures - Confluence Park; Museums; Ice Cream; Cherry Creek Reservoir via the Greenwood Village Mountain Bike Trail ; Ruby Hill Bike Park, Barnum Mountain Bike Park; and many other fun places!

It will be casual ride working on riding as a group and getting to know each other with a stop at the Barnum Trestle Bike Skills Park for some fun. Don't let the big jump photos on social media & the web scare you - there are different levels at the Skills Park and we monitor the kids closely!
At 7.5 acres, Ruby Hill Bike Park features a slopestyle course, dirt jumps, pump tracks, and a skills course. The slopestyle course and dirt jumps provide lines of varying difficulty from beginner to advanced. The ride along the Platte River Trail to Ruby Hill Park is really awesome.
We will head to Washington Park via the Cherry Creek Bike Path and stop off to switch to some special rental bikes at Washington Park just for a fun change! Then we will head off for ice cream before we end the day!
The Mtn Bike Skills Course is approximately 2.75 miles in length and provides a single track trail experience. The course contains over 100 obstacles, which vary in difficulty ranging from beginner to black diamond obstacles.
We will explore some of Denver's hidden treasures such as Carpio Sanguinette Park and the wall of bicycles at the Forney Transportation Museum.
Routes are subject to change for various reasons such as weather; muddy trails closing bike parks; level of ability, and mechanical issues, We stay together as a group and have a car on standby. Our goal is to have fun, learn to skills, challenge the campers, and keep everyone safe!
A nice easy ride along the Platte River Trail towards Confluence Park and beyond. This ride is a chance to see how everyone rides as a group and to test some bike skills. There will be a chance to wade in the water at Confluence Park.
This ride will take the campers to Paco Sanchez Park for some fun before heading over to the Barnum Trestle Bike Skills Park for some pump track action. If time allows we will swing by the new pool and splash pad at Barnum Park.
This ride will tackle some riding on the streets bike skills provided the campers have demonstrated the ability. At City Park we trade pedaling bikes for pedaling Swan boats.
The route travels around Sloan's Lake with a stop at the Sloan Lake Pump Track for some fun .
A beautiful ride along the Platte River Trail to Ruby Hill Bike Park. This will be the longest ride of the week!
