Full bio forthcoming but here is a fun fact: Cade was a Tri Velo Series camper that is now a professional cyclist. He is currently racing for Texas Roadhouse Cycling p/b Athletic Brewing.

Carl has years of experience racing and teaching all disciplines of cycling. He loves the excitement and positive feedback loop as young riders develop new skills.

Originally from Washington state Kristal moved to Colorado many years ago to take advantage of everything outdoorsy. Kristal has raced all disciplines of bikes over the last 15+ years with a primary focus on cyclocross and mountain biking. She has many national championship podiums in both disciplines, including a Masters World Champ

Originally from Washington state Kristal moved to Colorado many years ago to take advantage of everything outdoorsy. Kristal has raced all disciplines of bikes over the last 15+ years with a primary focus on cyclocross and mountain biking. She has many national championship podiums in both disciplines, including a Masters World Championship in cyclocross. She is passionate about growing cycling through coaching junior camps and programs such as BJC. Kristal finds great joy in helping kids achieve their personal bests.

Nick has been attending camps since he was around 9 years old! He loves to ride his bike on the road and dirt. His favorite discipline is cyclocross.

Deirdre has been designing and organizing bike tours and events for over 25 years. She has directed bike tours in Europe, California, New England, and beautiful Colorado.  In addition to bike tours, Deirdre  has directed numerous junior cycling programs and camps.    When not organizing bike tours, Deirdre is stewarding her four E

Deirdre has been designing and organizing bike tours and events for over 25 years. She has directed bike tours in Europe, California, New England, and beautiful Colorado.  In addition to bike tours, Deirdre  has directed numerous junior cycling programs and camps.    When not organizing bike tours, Deirdre is stewarding her four Ethiopian godsons, hanging with Dag the Dog and Bridie the Cat, creating funky art, riding her bike or gardening.  She has recently taken up welding.

Kaya Musgrave started racing cycle cross at age 6 and participated in Tri Velo Series camps as soon as she was old enough! She is a 3x National Champion and travels nationally and internationally racing cyclocross and mountain bikes. She currently races for the Bear Development Team.

Emerson is a Massachusetts native who transplanted in Colorado back in 2008. Since the age of nine he has been riding a bike and started racing at the age of fifteen. From 2011 to 2021, he spent close to ten seasons racing professionally on the road for teams such as Jelly Belly, Smartstop, and Rally. This past December Emerson deci

Emerson is a Massachusetts native who transplanted in Colorado back in 2008. Since the age of nine he has been riding a bike and started racing at the age of fifteen. From 2011 to 2021, he spent close to ten seasons racing professionally on the road for teams such as Jelly Belly, Smartstop, and Rally. This past December Emerson decided to retire but has always been looking for ways to pay it forward to the next generation of cyclists regardless of discipline.

Based in Crested Butte, Colorado, Jason Sumner is a bike industry lifer who’s spent most of the last two decades immersed in the two-wheeled life. He’s a veteran writer and reporter, enthusiastic (albeit limited) amateur racer, occasional cycling event course designer and full-time bike coach to his two kids, Cora and Tommy.

Aaron has been a prominent member of the Colorado cycling community for over 20 years with a dedication to cultivate junior bike racers.  He has organized multiple cyclecross races, coached juniorcycling teams, stewarded 2 daughters to National Championships and been a key supporter of Tri Velo Series as a coach, board member, and all around great guy.

Cate is a 13 year old experienced cyclist who enjoys sharing her knowledge with younger riders. She has grown up attending Tri Velo Series camps and is looking forward to being a junior coach this year

Toren began riding bikes when he was three-years-old and raced competitively in middle school. He has completed the Courage Classic several times, ridden the Copper Triangle, and has climbed numerous Colorado and European passes. Toren was a member of the Copper Mountain Junior Ski Patrol and currently plays on his high school lacrosse, b

Toren began riding bikes when he was three-years-old and raced competitively in middle school. He has completed the Courage Classic several times, ridden the Copper Triangle, and has climbed numerous Colorado and European passes. Toren was a member of the Copper Mountain Junior Ski Patrol and currently plays on his high school lacrosse, basketball and golf teams. During his free time he loves to mountain bike, ski and golf.

Lucy Voss is a sophomore at Buchholz High School in Florida.   She began cycling and running when she was 6 years old.   Attending Tri Velo Series camps growing up were one of her favorite things to do.  She is excited to have the opportunity to come back as a Junior Coach.

Jack Voss is a junior at Buchholz High School in Florida.  I enjoy riding, skiing, and powerlifting.  He currently competed in a powerlifting competition qualifying him for Nationals!  Some of his favorite cycling memories are from Tri Velo Camps and he is  excited to be coming back as a junior coach!

Dag is a critical member of the planning endless hours driving bike routes, unnecessarily barking at trucks and hoarding his bones so Bridie the Cat can't find them.
