mountain bike overnight Camp

Tri Velo Series is offering a weekend off-road camp at the Cal-Wood Educational Center in Jamestown, CO.   An overnight camp in a unique setting encourages young athletes to immerse themselves in a positive learning environment. Away from normal distractions, junior athletes get the chance to live and ride like professional athletes for a weekend. For many of young riders, these camps builds the skills and confidence that will help them as athletes for years to come.

We get off the pavement, away from the vehicles and have a blast!   There are  dirt roads,  two track and single track trails.  The trails go from easy to advanced - something for everyone.

Led by expert coaches, the campers will learn handling skills for varied terrain as well as nutrition,  basic bike care, and navigation. And best of all, they will have a blast on a fun filled weekend with new and old friends.

New in 2024, based on discussions with campers in 2023, on Saturday Afternoon campers will have 3 options:

    • Continue training session with their groups
    • Nature Cycling - go off for a ride on your bike with a naturalist to discover great things!
    • Art & Crafts - go off for a ride to a fun spot for some creative art with a local artist.
